We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, phone number, and location, to provide emergency assistance services.
2. Use of Information
Your information is used solely for coordinating with technicians and updating you on arrival status.
3. Disclosure
We do not disclose your personal information to third parties, except as necessary to provide our services (e.g., coordinating a tow truck).
4. Data Security & GDPR/PDPA Compliance
We take your data security seriously. In compliance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and international GDPR standards:
- Encryption: All customer data is stored on encrypted cloud servers (AWS/Google Cloud).
- Access Control: Only authorized personnel can access your service history.
- Data Deletion: You have the "Right to be Forgotten". Contact us at privacy@evphuket.com to delete your data.
5. Payment Security
We do NOT store your credit card information. All online payments are processed through secure gateways like Stripe or Omise. For bank transfers, we use the official Thai QR Payment standard which is regulated by the Bank of Thailand.
