How long will it take you to arrive?
For most areas (Patong, Town, Chalong, Kathu), we guarantee arrival within 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. For remote areas like Mai Khao, it might take 45-60 minutes. Our dispatch will give you a live GPS tracking link.
Do you accept Credit Cards?

What if my battery is not dead?
If we arrive and find out it's actually your Alternator or Starter Motor that is broken, we won't force you to buy a battery. We charge a small service fee (500 THB) for the diagnostic and trip, and we can help recommend a towing truck to a trusted garage.
Do you service Hybrid cars?
Yes. Toyota Camry Hybrid, Honda CR-V Hybrid, Haval, etc. ALL hybrid cars still use a 12V lead-acid battery to start the computer system. When this small battery dies, the big hybrid engine won't start. We stock these specific sizes.
