1. How do I know if it's the battery or alternator?
If you hear a clicking sound or silence when turning the key, it's likely the battery. If the car dies while driving or the battery light comes on, it might be the alternator. Our technician will test both on-site.
2. How long does it take to arrive?
Usually 15-30 minutes for Phuket Town, Patong, and Kathu areas.
3. Is there a warranty?
Yes, all new batteries come with a 1-Year Warranty (or 20,000 km). Free replacement if it's a manufacturing defect.
4. How can I pay?
