EV Phuket specialises in car batteries and electrical systems only. So you don't waste time waiting, we do not handle:
- Tyre change, punctures, flat tyres → a tyre shop or mobile tyre repair
- Emergency fuel delivery → the nearest petrol station
- Towing, slide car, recovery → a towing company, or your first-class insurer
- Stuck in mud, sand or off-road → local rescue services or a winch recovery truck
- Lockouts, keys locked inside → an automotive locksmith
- Engine, brake, suspension or air-con repair → a general garage
- Motorcycle batteries → a motorcycle battery shop (we service cars only)
- Electric wheelchair or medical device batteries → a medical equipment supplier
- Accidents with injuries → call 1669 (ambulance) and 191 (police) immediately
Common Inquiries
1. How do I know if it's the battery or alternator?
If you hear a clicking sound or silence when turning the key, it's likely the battery. If the car dies while driving or the battery light comes on, it might be the alternator. Our technician will test both on-site.
2. How long does it take to arrive?
Usually 15-30 minutes for Phuket Town, Patong, and Kathu areas.
3. Is there a warranty?
Yes, all new batteries come with a 1-Year Warranty (or 20,000 km). Free replacement if it's a manufacturing defect.
4. How can I pay?
We accept Cash and QR Code bank transfer.
