Q: I have a Lithium 16V battery (Tesla Model 3/Y 2022+). Can you change it?

A: Currently, the 16V Lithium-ion low-voltage battery in newer Teslas is a proprietary part only available from Tesla Service Centers. If yours fails, you must contact Tesla Support. However, we can assist with jump-starting it to get you to the service center.

Q: Can you jump-start an EV?

A: Yes, but caution is required. You cannot use a regular truck to jump an EV recklessly. We use specialized “Soft Start” boosters that prevent voltage spikes from frying your EV’s computer.

Q: How long does the service take?
