- Depends on variant and accessories
- Both 2.5L and 3.0L engines use the same battery
- No Start-Stop system
2nd Generation (2020-Present):
- Standard battery: 95D31L
- All variants use the same battery
- Newer models have more electrical systems requiring higher CCA
- No Start-Stop system
The key difference is that the newer generation uses larger batteries because they have more electronics and safety systems. However, both generations do not have Start-Stop systems, so AGM batteries are not required.
